This Sound Bath is especially created for new parents and baby (expecting mothers are also welcome)to enjoy the natural, gentle, healing sounds of the Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls. ⠀⠀

Suitable for parents and babies from 10 days to one year, also very nurturing for prenatal moms in helping prepare mom and baby for birth.

These sessions focus on balancing the energy centers of the body (chakras) through sound and healing. They are a great way to re-balance hormones, bring healing to both mom and baby’s body and mind following birth as well as easing stress, tension and anxieties that many new moms (and dads) can experience, bringing an overall sense of well-being to parents and baby.

Whether you wish to reduce stress, relieve physical or emotional tension or just relax and receive, these sessions will bring balance to your mind, body and spirit. ⠀⠀

Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided. Please bring water for yourself and anything else that would make you and baby comfortable. ⠀⠀
