To Use:

• clean toilet with non toxic cleaner

• in a medium pot, boil 4 cups of water

• add 2 tablespoons of Yoni Steam herbs

• boil water for 5 minutes

• turn off heat and let steep for another 5 minutes with lid on

• transfer to separate large pot

• place large pot in toilet, using the handles to hold in place

• sit on toilet and drape towels over your legs to hold in the steam

• sit over steam for 20 minutes
